Chicago Renaissance Hotel Wedding | Molly + Max

Molly and Max were an absolute joy to photograph! Their Chicago Renaissance Hotel wedding began with the duo getting ready in their separate rooms. The Chicago Renaissance Hotel was the perfect location for getting ready photos…I loved the tall ceilings, simple walls and seating. One of the sweetest parts of their day was their modified first look. Instead of seeing each other they stood around a corner, held hands, chatted and said a prayer together. It calmed them both down immediately and got them ready to celebrate their love.

The ceremony of their Chicago Renaissance Hotel wedding took place in St. Hedwig Church. Molly and Max met in the church at Northwestern University and are deeply connected to their faith. The church was breathtaking! Our first stop for portraits was Olive Park. I love photographing here because there is so much variety in one spot and the view of the skyline is so unique! We also went to Lurie Gardens in Millennium Park before heading back to the Chicago Renaissance Hotel for the reception. The couple was welcomed by their bridal party and the dancing quickly began. The entire crowd was so fun, supportive and loving. It truly was a magical day!

Molly + Max, I hope married life is everything (and more) that you hoped it would be! Your love for each other is unique and beautiful. Cheers!
