My first experience as a Carmel by the Sea elopement photographer has me dying to go back and do it all over again! Last month I traveled to California to take care of my dad after a surgery (don’t worry, he is healing really well!). A couple weeks before my trip, I got a phone call from brother and his new fiancé, Melissa. They had decided to elope while I was in California and asked if I could join and take pictures. Of, freaking, course! Melissa has been my older sister’s best friend for about 10 years, so naturally she was their officiant. The wedding was in Carmel at the beach and could not have been more perfect. It was incredibly special and will be a day that I will always treasure.
