The weather the last few weeks has been completely unpredictable, but Lisa and Kevin lucked out with perfect weather for their Lincoln Park engagement session. These two were absolutely adorable and it was so much fun capturing their love!

We started the shoot with a trip down memory lane and visited their old apartment building in Logan Square, where they met for the very first time. It was great to be able to watch them reminisce on the past for a little while. And what’s even better is that Lisa and Kevin decided to let their pup, Sweetie, get in on the shoot!

From Logan Square, we headed to Lincoln Park and walked around the area. Lincoln Park is such a beautiful part of Chicago, especially in the springtime, and we definitely made the most of it. The beautiful day and shoot ended at North Avenue Beach.

It’s funny how if a session is near the beach, I always end up gravitating towards it… must be the California roots.
