Sometimes, with all the bad going on in the world, it’s hard to focus on the things we are thankful for. But at the same time, I think it’s important from time to time to stop, reflect, and appreciate the things that mean the most in our lives. Since Thanksgiving is tomorrow, I think now is the perfect time to share some of my Thanksgiving thankfulness.

I’m thankful for Cosmo. He’s an amazing partner and we have not only grown together over the last 8 years, we’ve literally grown up together. We have the same values, beliefs and goals in life and I can’t wait to marry him in thee and half months (that’s a little scary!!).

I’m thankful for Benny. He’s my best friend (besides Cosmo). He gets me out of the house and moving daily but at the same time, is always willing to kick back and relax with me when I need it, too. Not sure what I would do without him.

I’m thankful for my family. I have a large, “modern family” with great parents and handful of amazing siblings. Life is never boring.

I’m thankful for my job. Not only do I get to photograph gorgeous couples in love, but I have flexibility to travel and work from pretty much anywhere. I get to capture some of the most important moments in these amazing couples’ lives and I love that every day is something new for me. My job has introduced me to such wonderful new people and places and I can’t wait to see where the future takes me!
