I will never forget Samia and Rohi’s Westin O’hare wedding. The setting was as stunning as the two of them are together. When I walked into the ballroom every inch of the space dripped in luxurious romance. Walls of roses and orchids cascaded down from the ceiling, and each petal flicked in the warm candlelight throughout the room. Unique personal touches could be found at each table as Samia and Rohi shared fun facts about their relationship.  It was romantic in every sense of the word, and a wedding day fit for royalty. 

The two of them honored their Syrian heritage throughout their celebration. As music was so important to them, they incorporated many styles throughout the festivities. A Mid-Eastern classical music trio played during cocktails and dinner, followed by a Zaffeh band all the way from Canada, and then a rock band and DJ to keep the dance floor jam packed with their 500 guests. It was a night full of pure jubilation. 

Samia and Rohi, thank you so much for the honor of being your photographer and documenting this beautiful piece of your family history. I was touched deeply by the timeless traditions woven into your day, as well as witnessing the special bond between you two. I wish you nothing but a beautiful future together. Cheers!
